Job Summary

As a Management Trainee Officer (Operations Engineer), you will receive structured on-the-job training to support wind turbine condition monitoring, plant operations, and EPC activities related to wind energy projects.

You will work with advanced digital analyzers and contribute to performance analytics through ALGO’s proprietary Asset Performance Monitoring (APM) platform.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers who are passionate about renewable energy, power plant operations, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring the daily operations of wind power plants
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting of energy production and equipment performance
  • Perform condition monitoring of wind turbine drivetrains to detect early-stage faults and help prevent major failures
  • Assist in EPC-related activities, including installation and commissioning of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs)
  • Contribute to technical documentation, reports, and SOPs

 

Compensation

Salary: PKR 100,000 per month (gross)

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline
  • 0–2 years of experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interest in renewable energy and power plant operations
  • Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and rotating machinery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • High motivation to learn, grow, and build a career in the renewable energy sector
